What I am all about.
Hi! My name is Sahil Chelaramani. I am a data scientist at Microsoft Bing, who works on problems at the nexus of Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. As an MS student at the International Institute of Information Technology, I was advised by Prof. C.V. Jawahar. My masters thesis broadly focused on the use of multiple mediums such as text, images, video and sketches to tell coherent stories.
I have also worked on two startups before shifting gears towards research.
I also happen to be an avid reader, who has a spontaneous need to travel.
